Step 1: Preparation

• Cleaning the Headlights: First, we thoroughly clean the headlights to remove any dirt or grime. This helps us start with a smooth surface.

• Final Sanding: Lastly, we use a very fine 2000 grit sandpaper to create a smooth, even finish. This step removes any remaining tiny scratches, leaving the headlights ready for polishing.

Step 3: Polishing

• Applying Polish for a Crystal-Clear Finish: After sanding, we apply a high-quality polish or rubbing compound and work it into the surface. This process removes any fine sanding marks and restores the headlight’s clarity.

• Buffing to a Shine: We use a microfiber cloth to buff the headlights until they’re clear and shiny, bringing back the original look.

Step 4: Optional UV Protection

• Protecting Against Future Yellowing: To keep your headlights clear for longer, we can apply a UV sealant. This protective layer helps prevent the headlights from yellowing or clouding again.

Step 5: Final Inspection

• Ensuring Quality: Finally, we inspect the headlights to make sure they look great and are crystal clear, so you’ll have improved visibility and a refreshed look for your vehicle!
